We are closed between 11 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. You will not be able to pick up your pottery pieces during that time.

Return and refund policy

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your pottery class, please contact us via email as soon as possible so we can try to fill your seat. We completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate where we can.


  • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the class date.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations made 1 week before the class date.
  • No refund: Cancellations or reschedules within 1 week of the class, unless a replacement participant is found.
  • If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another person. Just let us know their name in advance.

As clay is a natural material and each piece goes through several firings, there is always a small chance that pieces may crack or warp. If this makes your piece non functional, we’ll offer a 10% refund as a goodwill gesture.
