Shipping Policy
1. Collection and Delivery Options
Once your pottery pieces have been glazed and fired (approximately 4–6 weeks after your class), you will receive an email notifying you that your work is ready for pickup from our Ponsonby studio.
If you would like your pieces shipped instead, please contact us to arrange postage. Shipping fees are additional and vary based on size and destination.
2. Shipping Process
We take great care in packaging your pottery securely. However, once your parcel has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. Tracking details will be provided where available.
3. Damaged or Lost Items
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll do our best to help or offer a partial refund where appropriate.
4. Uncollected Items
Pottery pieces not collected within 2 months of the pickup notification may be donated or recycled due to limited storage space.
