Terms of service

1. Class Bookings

All class bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited, so please ensure your booking details are correct at the time of purchase. By booking a class, you agree to the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Rescheduling or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please email us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits will be issued according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes in the rare event of illness, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a class credit.

3. Workshop Conduct

Please arrive on time so you can make the most of your session. We ask that all participants treat others and the studio space with care and respect. Sunnyside Clay is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.

4. Finished Pieces

All pottery made during classes will be glazed and fired by our team after your session. The process can take 4–6 weeks depending on kiln load and drying time. As clay is a natural material, minor imperfections, cracks and chipping may occur, these are part of the normal pottery experience and handmade charm and not considered faults.

5. Liability

Participants join classes at their own risk. Sunnyside Clay takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment but is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after workshops.

6. Intellectual Property

All class materials, designs, and teaching content are the property of Sunnyside Clay. Please refrain from reproducing or teaching our workshop materials without permission.
