Returns and Refunds
As these items are handmade there will be small flaws and there may be slight differences in colour due to lighting. Please only purchase if you do not mind.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not allowed. Please read the product description carefully to avoid the need for returns.
If the product is broken due to shipping, please immediately email us with a picture and your order number. We will issue a refund via store credit.
If the product is broken due to the customer's own negligence or mishandling, no refund or replacement will be eligible. If you encounter any problems with your earrings, please send us an email and do not attempt to fix it yourself.
